Safeguarding at New Harvest
At New Harvest Community Church we want to share the love and care of God with everyone we meet. Part of that calling is to create a safe environment in which everyone can meet with God and flourish emotionally and spiritually.
We want to do all we can to safeguard those who are vulnerable, whether adult or child, from any form of abuse. It is our responsibility to record and report any abuse that we discover or suspect.
Any person in a leadership position in our church is trained and works towards creating a safe environment where everyone can thrive. All those with a role that involves working with children and young people or adults with additional needs go through the appropriate checks with the Disclosure and Barring Service.
Please find details of our Safeguarding Policy below.
If you feel unsafe or are worried about the safety of someone else, you can report it to a member of our safeguarding team by filling out the form below and emailing it to newharvestlongeaton@gmail.com.
